Terms of delivery and payment

In the case of a warranty case, the manufacturer undertakes to replace the part or product with a new one, or return the money. Repairs and replacements are carried out at the expense of the manufacturer, except for situations where the product warranty does not apply.

The duration of warranty repair is up to 21 working days. The countdown starts from the moment the customer sends the product to the manufacturer's address.

Warranty repair applies only to damage to the product caused by the fault of the manufacturer, and in the presence of a warranty card and a receipt for the purchase of the product.

In the absence of a warranty card with a hologram, as well as in the presence of an expert opinion on improper use of the product, the manufacturer has the right to refuse to provide warranty service.

Warranty obligations do not apply to:

• goods with damage due to improper transportation, storage or operation, as well as for goods with mechanical, chemical and/or thermal damage;
• goods with traces of exposure to liquids and objects;
• goods that were not used for their intended purpose.
