Pre-seeding compactor TINKER-3.0: Perfect seedbed in one pass

TINKER-3.0 is a specialized unit for filigree soil preparation for demanding crops: sugar beet, rapeseed, grains and vegetables. It is created for farms where they understand that an error in sowing depth or lost spring moisture immediately affects the yield.

In one pass, the compactor replaces several operations with conventional cultivators or harrows, saving fuel, time and preserving soil structure.

In the spring, the field may seem "ready", but in fact the sowing often goes against a non-uniform background. The result is stretched germination and difficult protection. TINKER-3.0 closes this problem:

• Precise depth: The seed lands on a stable, dense bed.

• Moisture retention: Final compaction restores soil capillarity, pulling moisture from the lower layers directly to the seeding zone. You are less dependent on "after-seed" rain.

• Perfect contour following: Thanks to independent sections (1.5 or 2 m wide) and special suspension, the unit operates without gaps or excessive deepening, even on undulating fields.

How TINKER-3.0 works (8 operations in one pass)

The unit does not just "pass the field", it sequentially prepares it with working zones:

1. Wheel track eradicators: remove tracks and compaction from tractor wheels.

2. Front leveling bar: performs initial surface leveling.

3. Front roller: pre-crushes the clod.

4. Arrow-shaped tines: form a flat seedbed to a given depth (from 40 to 120 mm).

5. Rear roller: additionally crushes the soil.

6. Wrapper: regulates soil fraction by turning large clods for re-crushing.

7. Finishing roller (sealer): restores capillarity.

8. Finishing strip: finally levels the top layer.

Mounted or Trailed version?

For aggregation with tractors with a power of 130–150 hp, two versions are available, depending on the logistics of your farm:

• Mounted TINKER-3.0 (Weight: 2000 kg): High maneuverability. Ideal choice for small fields or complex configurations.

• Trailed TINKER-3.0 (Weight: 2700 kg): Removes the load from the tractor's attachment system, ensures maximum stability on uneven surfaces.

Important: TINKER-3.0 is not a tool for deep main tillage or a replacement for heavy discing. Its element is final pre-sowing preparation, creating an ideal fine-grained layer and preparing the area for precise sowing.
