Crusher roller KZKF-6 HUNTER

It is intended for crushing sunflower crop residues, stubble, partial mulching of the soil crust surface, as well as partial levelling of the ploughed field.

The roller provides high-quality work at soil moisture from 12% to 25%.The KZKF-6 HUNTER chopper is designed for chopping plant residues of sunflower, corn, rapeseed and other crops. It grinds stubble into fractions of 5-12 cm, which improves soil structure, increases organic content, partially cultivates the soil, removes weeds.

The harrow is designed for mounting on the rear hitch and has three single-row drums filled with water (or empty on sandy soils). The frame design allows the working members to follow the contours of the field. The roller can be equipped with drums with a straight or staggered knife arrangement, and the fan-shaped knife arrangement reduces the impact load on the bearings, allowing the roller to move more smoothly across the field. The knives are made of boron steel with double sharpening and the cutting edge is heat hardened using TVCH equipment to ensure a strong, sharp cutting edge with a longer service life.

Three knife drums touch the ground at high speed simultaneously, which has a positive effect on the quality of shredding. The shredded plant residues have a size of 5-12 cm, which provides optimal conditions for complete decomposition into compost and mineralisation. Its unique design reduces the tractor power required and it works effectively on soils with different terrain.
