Shredder roller KZKF-6 HUNTER (chess knives)

Designed for crushing crop residues of sunflower, rudder, partial mulching of the surface of the soil crust, as well as partial leveling of the plowed field.

The skating rink provides high-quality work at soil moisture content from 12 to 25%.

The hardness of the soil in the treated layer is from 0.25 to 0.6 MPa.

Chopper KZKF-6 HUNTER is designed for grinding plant residues of sunflower, corn, rapeseed and other crops. Crushes stubble into fractions of 5-12 cm, which improves soil structure, increases organic content, partially cultivates the soil, removes weeds.

The roller is designed to be mounted on a rear hitch and has three single-row, filled with water (or empty on sandy soils) drums. The frame design allows the working bodies to follow the contours of the field. The roller can be equipped with straight or staggered blade drums, and the fan-shaped blade arrangement reduces the shock load on the bearings, allowing the roller to move more smoothly across the field. The knives are made from double ground boron steel and the cutting edge is thermally hardened with TVCH equipment, resulting in a strong, sharp cutting edge with longer life.

Three knife drums at high speed affect the ground at the same time, which has a positive effect on the quality of grinding. Crushed plant residues are 5-12 cm in size, which provides optimal conditions for complete decomposition in compost and mineralization. Its unique design reduces the required tractor power and works effectively on soils with different topography.
