Returns and exchanges of products purchased from Favorit are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and other applicable legislation of Ukraine.

If you need to return or exchange agricultural machinery, spare parts or components, please contact our manager in advance. Our specialist will clarify the details of your purchase and provide further instructions.

If you discover a defect or have a warranty claim, please contact the Favorit service department. All requests are handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and Ukrainian legislation.
