Guarantees

All of our equipment comes with a standard warranty of 12 months or a specified number of hectares of operation, as indicated in the operating manual for each unit - grain seed drills, row crop seeders, harrows, and cultivators.

When our equipment is purchased directly from the factory, an equipment commissioning service is provided - a service engineer visits the farm, performs the pre-sowing startup of the unit, provides initial training, and puts the equipment into operation.

This service is free of charge and is available only when the equipment is purchased directly from the factory's trading house.

Warranty service is provided by the technical center of the organization that commissioned the agricultural machinery.
During the warranty period, the customer is entitled to free repairs if defects are discovered. If, during the warranty period, the agricultural machinery was operated in violation of the operating rules or the customer failed to follow the manufacturer's recommendations, the repair costs are borne by the customer.
