Delivery and payment
Delivery Methods:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped by our online store managers on the same day via a delivery company. If you are located in a regional center, delivery usually takes 1 business day. If you are located in a district center, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery rates can be found on the Nova Poshta website.
- Our Favorit online store also delivers orders via other transport companies (Autolux, InTime, Night Express, Delivery, Meest Express, Gunsel) with 100% prepayment to a PrivatBank card. Orders sent via these delivery services are shipped on the day following order confirmation.
- The Favorit Plant online store also provides delivery using its own vehicles or arranges shipment by passing freight transport throughout Ukraine for loads from 500 kg to 20 tons.

How to pay:
Products purchased from our online store can be paid for using one of the following methods:
Option #1: Prepayment to a PrivatBank card.
Payment can be made at any PrivatBank branch, via self-service terminals, or through the Privat24 system. Payments are accepted throughout Ukraine. The transfer fee is 0.5%.
The easiest and most affordable payment method!
Option #2: Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) at a Nova Poshta branch.
The cash-on-delivery service fee is 2% of the order value + UAH 20 for processing the service.
Option #3: Bank transfer. Payment is made to the Favorit Plant's bank account through any bank in Ukraine. This payment method is available for companies, legal entities, and individuals.
